Tanner Carlisle
Owner
I started working part time in the summers for Custom Hose Tech in 2007 when I was 14 years old. I started out sweeping the floors and restocking the shelves, to eventually becoming a mobile service technician by the age of 16. I graduated from NDSU with my BS in Business Administration in 2016 and have been full-time at Custom Hose Tech since then. In 2023, my brother Blake and I bought the company. I pride myself in finding the best solutions to our customers’ problems, as well as constantly finding ways to improve the company’s systems and processes to improve the lives of our employees and better serve our customers. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Megan, our son Kash, and we are very excited to be bringing our daughter Charleigh into this world in August of 2023!
Blake Carlisle
Owner
I have been in the hydraulic hose industry for 13+ years. I started out building hoses in the shop at the age of 14. At the age of 16 I worked out of a mobile service truck building and replacing hoses on-site. I became full time after graduating with a BS in Marketing from NDSU in 2018. In 2023, Tanner and I purchased the company. Our goal is to provide unmatched service in the state of Minnesota and beyond. We plan on continuing our expansion to be prepared to help every possible customer. In my free time I enjoy hunting for deer and elk, golfing, and coaching youth wrestling for Prior Lake.
John Hanson
General Manager
Hi! My name is John Hanson, General Manager for Custom Hose Tech, with over 20+ years of experience. My goal is to provide immediate solutions to downtime, while creating sustainable business relationships. I enjoy spending free time with my wife and two children, reading, exercising, and coaching soccer, baseball, and hockey.
